Caratteristiche principali e informazioni generali riguardo il blocco Assalto. Analisi del mazzo Bestie rosso-verde.
Ci è bastato poco per capire che il blocco assalto presentasse differenze immense da quello odissea, la differenza principale è senza dubbio il diverso stile di gioco che nell’ultimo blocco è essenzialmente basato sulle creature, o meglio su vere e proprie orde.
A giovare di questo cambiamento è stato soprattutto il divertimento, in quanto questo blocco lascia molto più spazio all’immaginazione ed alla fantasia, cosa che era praticamente impossibile nel blocco odissea vista la presenza di carte smodatamente forti, vedi cagnaccio selvaggio.
Come già detto in precedenza ci troviamo davanti a veri e propri mazzi orda, fatta eccezione per l’Astral Slide, Goblin, Bestie, Draghi, mazzi di questo genere non sono descrivibili diversamente.
Passeremo ad analizzarli uno per uno, inizieremo con il mazzo bestie verde-rosso (più che altro perché è il mazzo che ho montato io :D).

Beh essendo un mazzo orda lo scopo del gioco è piuttosto semplice, calare bestioni a ripetizione soprattutto con l’ausilio dell’Avarax, che permette di andare a prendere una per una tutte le carte Avarax presenti nel mazzo.
Una volta presente in gioco lo Strisciante delle Fronde, amplificato di 2 o 3, e le Scogliere Contese il gioco è praticamente fatto, in quanto questa combo ti permette di distruggere creature dell’avversario, magari anche fino a 7 di forza, senza patemi d’animo. Lo Zannuto di Krosa ovviamente per andarsi a cercare le terre base che potrebbero non arrivare altrimenti. Il Baloth Famelico lo conosciamo tutti :D.
La sideboard è incentrata prevalentemente per la distruzione degli incantesimi, lo spettro Astral Slide si fa sentire, giustificando la presenza così di 4 Ritorno alla Natura e 3 Vigilante Nantuko.
I 4 Inceneritore di Palmagemma ovviamente sono contro i goblin, così come lo sono le Tempesta Stellare.
