Questo è il mazzo che al momento mi diverte di piu’… esiste in varie versioni ed io stesso ho portato il burning agony (quello con i led e i burnng wish) al torneo di Massa ottenendo comunque discreti risultati
A differenza dell’altro molto più esplosivo (non sono rare chiusure di primo), ma più indifeso, quest’ultima versione aggiunge 4 Fow indispensabili x evitare minacce pericolose o x ribattere ad un counter dell’opponent sulla vs. chiusura (Uno stifle dopo un tendril da 10 come lo vedete???)

Il mazzo ha un solo scopo: castare 9 spells + tendrils. Voilla!
Per fare questo il mazzo si appoggia ai 4 “girelli” con cui vedere carte nuove (ruota, twister, spiral, giara). Risulta ovvio che è importante utilizzare tutti gli spoiler, utilissime magie a costo 0 che, guarda un po’, danno anche mana!
Per quanto riguarda la manabase, si puo’ anche ragionare sulla possibilità di mettere 2 delta in luogo di 1 mare e 1 città d’ottone (o di un altro mare) allo scopo di guadagnare la potenza della combo brainstorm/fetch land, ma è questione di gusti!
Quindi chiarita la necessita del kit SoLoMoxen e la decisione delle terre, beh una piccola presentazione all’accademia di tolaria. Contate quanti artefatti ci sono nel mazzo: sgravata.
Il petalo è utilissimo invece in caso di yawgmoth’s will… castate uno spell, vi da un mana e con la giacoma ritorna in gioco (altro spell). Discorso all’ennesima potenza per il Sig. Loto.
Anello, mana vault e mana crypt servono come accelerazioni di mana per partenze sprint (vedi il casting di bargain o future sight) oppure sono utile merce da sacrificio per il tinker (un mana blu, 2 di mana crypt, casto tinker sacrifico cripta e prendo giara).
Attenzione a non partire brillanti con terra cripta… se il dado vi da contro .. sono 3 danni a giro NOBBENE!
I dark ritual non hanno bisogno di presentazione.
Le utility sono tra le più famose
Le brainstorm sono fantastiche anche se risentono della mancanza delle fetch… sono pero’ utili per mettere da parte magie con costi di lancio enormi e pescare magari 3 spell da 0!!! Ci sta.
Le duress, direte voi, fanno a pugni con i girelli; che senso ha togliere una carta e poi fare ruota? Allora innanzitutto potrei levare un counter che non mi farebbe partire ruota, oppure vedere che mazzo ha l’oppo x decidere se stare sereno durante il casting oppure calcolare counter o cose del genere. I tutori non hanno bisogno di presentazione, i desideri ve li spiego in breve: entrambi permettono di uscire da situazioni incasinate durante la prima partita, quando non si sa cosa gioca l’oppo. Prendere una misdi su ancestral, un hurkyl, una giustizia primitiva o un balance non è cosa da poco. Sono soluzioni…
Il sigillo di main è una mia scelta… ragazzi non ce n’e’… illusione di grandezza, scettro isocrono, CALICE DEL NULLA, stanno sul cazzo e di main a me piace tenerlo. Scelte.
Sul walk non dico nulla, sulla giacoma nemmeno, il tinker invece 9 volte su 10 agevola giara… in casi estremi di necessità il loto non fa schifo.
Tra le utility noterete sicuramente la mancanza dell’ultima p9… IL bel peschino. Ebbene per starci ci sta, ma non la posseggo. Sigh anzi se vi avanza….
Le uniche creature sono 2 sciami. Leggete bene questa carta. E’ sufficiente che voi attacchiate xche’ il vs oppo non possa fare più nulla e la creatura vola. Quindi? Semplice. E’ difficile da parare e quindi spesso rimane in vita e poi vi fa chiudere. Non abbiate paura anche se parata e uccisa, il turno e cmq. tutto vs. Il mio consiglio è sempre di attaccarci anche se non siete in chiusura (ovviamente se non avete la certezza che venga uccisa da un altro volante). Cosi facendo l’oppo si scorda brain, ancestral o tutori istant alla vs. eot.
Se giocate contro aggro, la prima ci parate i suoi cicci e la seconda li sidate fuori.
I motori sono di 2 tipi.
Le carte per pescare… terra rito necro. Aiuto. L’oppo stringe la chiappa. Certo è meglio bargazio che vi da la certezza di salutare l’oppo.
Future sight è meno decisiva e credo che sarà la carta che buttero’ fuori x ancestral. Obbiettivamente è in mio capriccio può non starci. Da provare..
I girelli sono il motore del mazzo… non ce n’è.
Sul finisher ritengo non ci sia molto da aggiungere… okkio a stifle!
I matchup sono favorevoli contro aggro anche se devo verificare cosa succede con l’avvento dei calici (capito il xche della side?)
Il mazzo è sotto il rector trix e rector tendril mentre non ho feedback contro artifact.
Credo che siano fondamentali le scelte effettuate dopo la prima partita, quando la side la fa da padrone. Di solito aggro sida min 10 carte contro combo nella seconda e ho detto tutto.
Il mazzo, come ogni combo, puo’ piacere o no.. a me fa impazzire.
Le varianti del caso, a parte rector tendril, sono l’aggiunta di un windfall (altro girello), l’hurkyl di main, la frantic search e il mind destre. Obiettivamente questa lista è assolutamente personalizzata e considerate che io ho fatto 1 solo torneo quindi… ho detto tutto.
